It is our great pleasure to announce that PNC 2025 Annual Conference and Joint Meetings (PNC 2025)
will take place at Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, Hanoi, Vietnam, from September 20th-22nd, 2025.
The main theme is “Mind Meets Machine: Rethinking Intelligence and Knowledge in the Age of AI.”
The technical program of PNC 2025 will include invited keynote speeches, paper presentations, workshops,

Submission Categories
For Paper: Abstract Submission (1 page) or Full Paper Submission (6-8 pages)
For Poster Competition & Demo: Abstract Submission (no more than 500 words)
*Authors who consider IEEE Xplore Conference Proceedings please choose Full Paper Submission.
Guidelines for Paper Submissions
Authors are invited to submit Abstracts or Full Papers through online submission system:
https://conference.iis.sinica.
Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously while being reviewed.
The full paper length is 6-8 pages, including figures and tables but not references.
All submitted papers must conform to the IEEE Xplore Format:
https://www.ieee.org/conferenc
As the reviewing will be double blind, papers must not include authors’ names and affiliations.
Self-references that reveal the author’s identity, e.g., “We previously showed (Smith, 1991) ...”
must be avoided. Also, papers should not refer, for further details,
to documents that are not available to the reviewers.
*Kindly note that there will be NO hybrid sessions in this event.
Guidelines for Poster Submission
There are 2 categories of PNC 2025 Poster Session: Poster Competition & Poster Demonstration.
Authors are invited to submit abstracts (no more than 500 words) through the online submission system:

I. Poster Competition
For poster competition, the participants are required to give a brief oral presentation in person in Hanoi.
The winner will receive a reward after the evaluation by Poster Judge Committee according to the following criteria:
(1) Validity of Method and Data (25%)
(2) Novelty in Ideas, Concepts, or Techniques (25%)
(3) Importance of Contribution (25%)
(4) Clarity of Description and Design of Poster (25%)
II. Poster Demonstration
For display only. The participants are welcome to present research results.
